Refund Policy

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. To complete your return, we require your order number and proof of purchase.

Exemptions & Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, cookware and kitchen utensils cannot be returned once they have been used for cooking or food preparation. Additionally, sale items, promotional products, and gift cards are non-refundable.

Processing Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few business days.
