We strive to process and deliver your culinary equipment as efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared at our fulfillment center within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your patience and will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

Delivery Estimates & Regions

We are proud to provide tracked international shipping options. Our standard delivery timeframe is generally 7-15 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your destination country.

Please note that delivery windows are estimates and may occasionally vary due to external carrier logistics or local customs schedules.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number will be automatically sent to you. Tracking details usually become active and visible within 24-72 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Novara is not responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, or local taxes applied to your package. Any fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer. Furthermore, customs clearance procedures can sometimes cause unforeseen delays beyond our original transit estimates.
